Your Dashboard
This section of our site will serve as your member dashboard. Feel free to bookmark it or make it an app on your home screen - it works great on desktop or mobile. From here, you can access all the requests you've submitted, whether through this portal, via email, or through some other means. The dashboard is broken into the following sections
- Home Overview screen
- Tickets: Here, you can check the status of request, see how many Minutes you were charged for a request, or submit a new requests.
- Solutions: Here, you can see a growing body of information, tips and tricks for using Allyance, as well as our policies.
- Profile Here, you can see your credit balance, as well as update personal data and preferences (Preferred request credit cap, preferred method to contact, home address, etc.) You can find this by clicking "edit profile" in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard.
Singing Up / Logging In
Get started by logging in. We recommend using single sign-on and signing up for our service using a google, facebook or twitter account. If you prefer, though, you can sign up with email and a password. However you choose, be sure to use the email address by which you will be submitting your requests so we can immediately capture them under the correct account.
