What Are Minutes?
Allyance uses Minutes as it's currency for service. You fund your account with Minutes (just like an old-school phone plan), which are exchanged for support and solutions delivered by your Ally. One Minute = 1 Minute of Ally time, as you would expect.
How Much Do They Cost?
Our standard price is $1 = 2 Minutes. We try to keep it simple. If you buy them in bulk, though, you get a better deal while also helping Allyance grow.

How Do I Cap the Cost of Requests?
Members can set a Preferred Request Minute Cap. This cap is essentially a threshold, that once reached, will prompt your Ally to contact you to get approval to proceed before spending more time on a request. Our default Minute Request Cap is set at 15.
Of course, when submitting a request, you can also designate a per-request cap. If you submit your request through our portal, the field is built in.

What Are Credits?
Allyance used to bill in Credits, rather than Minutes. We decided to simplify our lingo in January 2019. A Credit was worth $1 or 2 Minutes.
